As the magical North East Victorian sun sets over the castle, sip wines handpicked from the Brown siblings' favorite Saints Collective vintages, sourced from their three historic estates, while savoring canapés and a three-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Jack Cassidy of award-winning KIN Restaurant - celebrating the region's local produce, Murray River and native flora.
The Rose Garden and iconic castle architecture provide a stunning backdrop, while the wines showcase the depth and character of Rutherglen terroir - an evening that captures everything you love about Rutherglen wine and hospitality at its finest.
